Jurien Bay is a picturesque coastal town that is perfect for families, adventure seekers or just chilling out. Jurien Bay is a great summer destination and during the cooler months we describe it as ‘Winter Wonderful’. Extensive walk/cycle paths, including the Turquoise Path that follows the coast 12km south of the town to Hill River. This is a must visit destination! The town has a significant cycle/foot path network, making it easy to get to the local shops and beautiful white beaches! Please note this is a two storey house. There are small steps and a veranda at the front and rear of the property. There is an internal wooden staircase with hand rails. Two bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet and entertainment area are located on the ground floor. The main bedroom, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and another entertainment area is on the 1st floor.

Cosy fisherman's cottage with everything you need for a fun filled beachside getaway. At under 350m from the beach you just need to grab your towel and off you go. This beach is also dog friendly. Once you have worked up an appetite in the surf head to the local Tavern which is also under 500m walk from the property. 1100sqm of land with lots of space for the kids/doggies to explore without even leaving the plot. Also has an enclosed fence to keep those little tykes from getting too far.

We've utilised the large shed into a fully equipped games room and there's plenty of parking on the driveway for your boat. This really is a 'home away from home'!
