Your treats will be paired with a glass of Passito wine or refreshing almond milk. You’ll leave with a smile, having tasted some of the freshest ricotta cream on the planet, and with inside knowledge about one of the most cherished elements of Sicily’s culinary heritage.

Palmento Visit Back from the field, you will discover our 18th century Palmento (traditional Sicilian winery), that is among the largest and best preserved in the area, still equipped with its large chestnut wood barrels and the grape pressing machine dating 1790. A rare jewel to be seen! Here you will also hear of some old family stories Wine Tasting Journey The tour will finish with a tasting experience on today's Etna culinary landscape. You will taste wines from 4 different wineries around the vulcano, each wine paired with a gourmet bite prepared by our resident chef Leonardo, to finish your day relaxing in our courtyard or the garden looking at the Etna Shuttle from/to central Catania available with an extra fee and upon request
