It’s minutes from downtown, and even closer to the medical center and the arts district of Fondren. The room itself has it’s own private entry and private bathroom. It is closed off from the rest of the house to give guests privacy. It also includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The Yellow CottageThe Yellow Cottage is a tiny house, under 200 sq ft- (shower, no tub) kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, no stove,) in very private setting. Ideal for a solo traveler. The sitting room has 2 twin beds, (trundle style,) and the mattresses are standard size- not XL. The trundle will roll out and pop up to accommodate a second guest. Porch, with rockers, offer a sanctuary from hectic pace and the adjacent courtyard is also available for guests. Cottage is reminiscent of simpler times.
