A great location- across the street from the hospital, close to the mall and downtown and only 4 blocks from the Northern Lights Palace which has an indoor wave pool and hockey/skating rink. The curling rink is close by. One of the many playgrounds is only 1/2 block from here. The kitchen is fully stocked which makes it a great place for short or long term stays. Your suite has a private door & you only share laundry space.

1500 square feet lower level of new home. 2 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, living room, dining room and light housekeeping food prep area. refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and induction hot plate and electric frying pan. The entrance is almost private just a quick few steps to the lower level. We are currently assembling the pool table. there are 2 desk areas if you need to work from our home. The renters must meet all local COVID requirements

Our self contained suite is above a fully operational butcher shop that can accomadate your hunting needs. In the summer we grow a large variety of fruits and vegetables that are available for u-pick. Our quiet location is 12 miles from melfort and close to numerous lakes and outdoor adventure opportunities. There is a bonfire pit area that is available and Clydesdale wagon or sleigh rides can be available for an additional price.
