After the trip we will go to have lunch at my house, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. I will cook for you many different courses, all with fresh truffles! You will can taste many different combinations with fresh truffles! During the visit we'll uncover the Colosseum's dark 2,000 year history and gain restricted access to sites only accessible with accredited guides. Throughout the years, we have mastered different mosaic techniques, both traditional and modern. That is why you will find the studio full of original tools, sketches by famous Italian artists, and important mosaics masterpieces. The workshop will begin with an introduction to Roman mosaic technique and history. Afterwards, you will practice the principles of texture, composition and marble tile cutting to create your own mosaic to take home. It is fundamental to us to transfer the real techniques of Roman Mosaic craft. Therefore, your mosaic will be correct and based on strict rules. A master mosaicist will share important tips, and provide the assistance you need to ensure the best result.

You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two tipical italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese. We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests for a very tasty fresh pasta and VEGAN guests for pasta without eggs. We will cook all pasta and the sauces made during the class, eating our differents kind of pasta done, sipping good italian wine. An express tiramisu preparation will follow as a dessert. Be prepared to live a unique experience, in contact with dogs and nature! Take a break from the city chaos that fills our days every day. After an introduction to the world of truffles, we will begin our hunt. You will see how the trained dogs hunt for truffles and the passion they have, this being a very rewarding activity for them. Depending on the period we will go to different types of woods and the meeting point may change. Truffle hunting is also accessible to children (my dogs will be happy to play with them!). After the truffle hunting we will have a lunch with truffle dishes. The menu is vast so I don't suggest you have a big breakfast! We also have menus for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and we can also change it according to your allergies or intolerances. During lunch we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, drinking good wine and eating fresh seasonal truffles. Other things to remember. Hi, I’m Veronica and together with my team of Chefs I will teach you the secrets of making home made pasta in my Kitchen Studio, located in one of the Historical Pasta Factories of Rome. I am an Italian Chef, cooking has always been my passion and I am looking forward to sharing it with you. We will use a selection of ingredients from local organic producers as I strongly believe in the importance of quality to make simple dishes with great taste. During this experience we will explore the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii! Meeting point is piazza della Repubblica, Rome, near Termini Station. In Pompeii you will have approx 3 hours to explore the Archaeological Park, the ruins of an ancient Roman town destroyed in 79 AD by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. For lunch we will go a local restaurant where you will be able to taste the local traditional dishes. Restaurant will have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free food. In Amalfi will be able to visit its small antique and unique shops take a lot of awesome pictures and buy souvenirs. We will help you with taking pictures, advices and will stop at many breathtaking picture points along Coast. During summer season we spend around 2 hours on the beach in Amalfi where you can swim or just relax. Other things to note: LUNCH PRICE AND TICKET FOR POMPEII ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE We DON'T use BUS, We use only LUXURY CARS or VANS. We don’t skip any place during winter.
