Quiet Auburn home2 story home in very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins from the university. 10-15 mins from local stores/shopping. Upstairs room has separate thermostat so you will be able to control the temperature. My work space is upstairs so I do go up sometimes. I have two cats who roam freely. The older one will try to run out, so you will have to be mindful of that when entering and exiting. Home gym also available.
