The property backs up the University bike trail and offers a very peaceful and quiet backyard with a spacious patio for dining and relaxing. All new furniture and bedding.

Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.
