Noddy's is a 2 bedroom plus sunroom waterfront cottage which has uninterrupted views of the Crookhaven River and Orient Point. It is the perfect choice for a family or 2 couples looking for a relaxing coastal holiday to rewind and recharge. Chill out and watch the changing tides and shifting light or gear up for adventure with your paddle board, canoe, kayak or surf craft and explore the magnificent Crookhaven River, bush land reserve, national park and local beaches. The BBQ area with outdoor table and furniture where you can kick back and enjoy an afternoon drink and a meal.

Keep watch of the ever changing panorama of the river from inside through the widespread windows in living and dining area or outside while relaxing in the large deck chairs.

While staying with us you may choose to get out on the water and explore the pristine waterways and mangrove eco-systems or just sit in the shallows and watch the baby fish and crabs feeding on the weeds and leaf litter. If you’re lucky you’ll also have sting rays, dolphins and seals come for a closer look at you.

Alternatively, you may prefer to sit back and enjoy the view, the peace and quiet and the local fresh produce & seafood.

With the Crookhaven River surrounding Greenwell Point, a kayak is a great way to explore so BYO and launch it out the front of the house

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
