1. Covid 19 special care sanitisation and disinfection is done after every visit.

2. General amenities: Living room with big verandah, functioning kitchen,
2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, private balcony, parking space, small garden is
accessible to guests. 24hr hot water, wifi, no TV/AC, caretaker (Umesh) to assist you, basic shops & restaurants nearby.

3. Social amenities: kids friendly, elderly friendly, couple friendly.

4. Guests can access the kitchen at no extra cost. They need to get their own supplies & cook yourself.

5. Due to the harsh monsoon, expect dampness of the walls, heavy rains, winds bringing the rainwater in the veranda & power cutting sometimes.
(we do have power backup though)

6. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

7. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry.
No loud music is permitted.

Illegal activities like carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
