Our community is quaint and friendly. We have several shops and restaurants on our main street area. We also have several historic sites to tour such as the Icarian Colony, House of History, R&S Collectible Cars, and the Johnny Carson Birthplace. We also have a beautiful lake area.

Hello and welcome to The Main Street Stay. We are happy you have chosen to look at the spaces we have to offer to accommodate your next stay in our quaint little town. My wife Sharon and myself (Roger) have been long time business owners in our community of Corning, Iowa. I am the owner of R&S Auto Sales, R&S Collectible Cars, and my newest venture The Main Street Stay. I'm excited about this venture as I think we have updated our building and our rooms to provide a cozy, clean space complete with all the amenities necessary for a weekend visit or a long term stay.
