The couch, tv, furniture, towels, sheets, linens, are all new throughout. We are on the ground level with private access overlooking the Charlottetown Marina and next door to Founders Hall. We have WIFI and satellite Smart TV. We are situated beside Confederation landing Park, Province House, Cows Ice Cream and all the amenities that Charlottetown has to offer!

There are so many cafes and unique spots to eat and shop local. Try Receiver Brass house next door, Founders Hall and Food Market, Peakes Quay, including the floating restaurants, and be sure to check out the local shops such as my little stash and of course Cows Ice Cream. St Dunstans Basilica ChUrch, the Confederation Centre of the Arts, Province House And Victoria Park and don’t forget to check out our beautiful beaches and golf courses and so much more !

Hello! My husband (Dunstan) and I are both "Islanders".

We have 3 adult sons and 7 grandchildren. We moved to Moncton, NB to open our own businesses in 1988 and officially moved back to PEI in 2018.

We purchased this condo in June of 2020 and completely refurbished it throughout.

Covid hit.

When PEI reopened we started receiving guests in July 2021.

We have a summer home on the south shore of PEI. I was born in Charlottetown on Water Street where the condo is generally located so it's lovely to be back!

The condo has New beds, sectional couch, linens, towels, TV, rugs, and dishes as well as an ice machine and Keurig coffee.

We installed a heat pump in 2021.

Included is TV, internet, wifi and Netflix as well as keyless entry with security onsite.

The condo is in a quiet building on ground level and you can walk to everything downtown …. the waterfront, restaurants, live music, water sports and tours, Founders Hall, theaters, Confederation Center, Province House, Victoria Park, Cows Ice Cream, and so much outside your door ….. no car required !
