The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Woods, trails, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. Fire Pit (firepit) , volleyball and badminton grass courts, Cornhole, bocci, croquet, soccer balls. Piano inside. Very handicap friendly (ramp/rails/downstairs bedroom)

Breakfast items included for you to prepare: Bread, Butter, Juice, Eggs, English Muffins, bread, creamer and bacon or sausage are waiting in the fridge. Oatmeal, dried fruit and nuts are also available, as well as ground coffee and single serve coffee selections. Bedrooms have total blackout shades so sleeping in will be a pleasure. TV is satellite wifi. Cell service is Verizon or T-Mobile. Location is 2 miles from Kilgore OH

Bill and I are just about retirement age and have made the big move to rural Ohio. We expanded our acreage by buying an Amish farm adjoining ours. We spent 3 years modernizing this house and now are hosting guests so they can enjoy for a little while what we enjoy on a daily basis.

Bill and Martha live on the back side of the property, 1/2 mi as the crow flies but 2 miles by car. If you follow trails and end up looking down a hill at a little brown barn with chickens, a pond, and a big house... that's us. You are welcome to see if we are there and help me gather eggs.
