The studio apartment is best suited for family visits, business trips, or travelers who need housing away from home on a temporary basis. The suite is located in the quiet atmosphere of Harbor Town and overlooks a New Orleans style interior courtyard. The kitchenette is well stocked with countertop electric cooking appliances. This is not a shared space. You have your own private entrance. The studio apartment is accessed by outdoor stairs. Self entry using key pad.

The furnished studio apartment features comfortable bedding and luxury hotel style linens. Washer and dryer on-site will be available August 2022.

The guest suite has great outdoor seating on wrap around second level balcony overlooking a courtyard. Visitors are also welcome to use the BBQ grill and outdoor table downstairs at the gated entrance.

Visitor parking and entry to the suite is from the alley behind the house. One parking space is reserved for visitors. The parking space is well- lit.

Harbor Town Square is 2 blocks away which includes Cordelia's grocery market, Cafe Eclectic coffee shop, Harbor Town Fitness gym, Nail Bar on the Island salon, pharmacy, Tug's casual bar and grill, Paulette's and The Terrace upscale restaurants and River Inn boutique hotel.

I’m so happy you chose my studio apartment for your stay in downtown Memphis. The apartment is nestled within one of the quietest, relaxing, family-friendly urban neighborhoods in Memphis.

Visitor Stay Expectations

Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am
I expect visitors will honor and respect the comfort, safety, and security of the neighboring families and beautiful surroundings by adhering to the designated quiet hours.

Arrange meet-ups off the property
The property is not suitable for gatherings and parties. I encourage visitors to meet family and friends off the property. The River Inn, Terrace, Tugs Bar and Grill, Cordelia’s Market, or one of the many outdoor parks located on Mud Island are great options close by and within a short walking distance.

Safety precautions
To protect the safety of myself, my family, and my neighbors, any disturbance resulting from parties, unannounced guests, drop-in visitors, gatherings on the balcony, excessively loud music, smoking, drugs, and domestic disputes, etc. will result in an immediate response of the neighborhood security and/or the Memphis Police Department will be dispatched to remove you and your visitors from the property.

Studio Apartment Rules
Your payment doesn't override my obligation to abide by the expectations to maintain the safety and security of my family, my neighbors, and the regulations of the Harbor Town neighborhood homeowners association. Additional information about the property:

My family lives in the main house adjacent to the guest suite. Although we are close by, you will be able to fully enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings.

The accommodations are not safe for pets or young children.
