Shower and WC en suite. Farmhouse breakfast incl. tea or coffee an optional extra at R60,00 p.p.(smaller breakfasts are also available)
During the COVID-19 scare we are being extra careful with cleaning and sanitising the room and all surfaces available to guests.
In the room there is a microwave, bar fridge and television with DSTV. We have an inverter so there are lights and TV available when there is load shedding.
Note!! There is no kitchen or stove, but there is a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, salad bowl and meat dish for the barbeque is provided. Some freezer space can be made available in host’s freezer if required. A flask, corkscrew, coffee plunger and braai tools are provided. The table and chairs can easily be moved into the room.
Locked garage space available to store motorcycles or bicycles.
The garden is available to guests.

Upmarket neighborhood 5 mins from all major amenities however, please note there is an increase in traffic from mid December to 7th January.
There are pleasant walks up and down the river edge. River and sea fishing also by boat can be done nearby.
Our house is situated 500m from the river up a moderate slope.
All roads in the area are tarred.

Hi we are Shirley and Brian, we have been married for 54years and enjoy socialising. We have been hosts for 3 years
and are enjoying it tremendously. We are accredited with the Hessequa tourism dept.and the Stibaai tourism department. We are both fully Covid 19 vaccinated. we speak english ,afrikaans, and basic tourist German. we can understand Dutch or Flemish if spoken slowly.
