The neighborhood is a mountain residential area near to rivers, forests, waterfalls, lagoons and then a dorm volcano named Barva volcano. You can find also near places for hiking, bicycling or run. If you visit us by car or take one of our tours, then you can visit the canopy, a toucan rescue center, aerial tram, coffee plantations, Heredia or/and San José downtowns, rafting in big rivers and why not, go to the beach also and other volcanoes such Irazú or Poas.

Hi Guests,
I'm a Costa Rican guy who enjoy travel around the world and love to meet new people.
I have bought this property several years ago and I started to build slowly, today it looks great and beautiful, all the details in wood have made from our trees that now we are reforesting with trees that produce food for birds and other animals that live in the near mountains. We also build the beds by our self with the old cypress trees. I love to hiking through mountains with our dogs, Niko, Dalí, Dos (yes just like number two in Spanish) and their little friend "El Negrito" who expend more time with my dogs than in his formal home.
I have been working during the last 20 years in the software development & training management industry, I like to read novels and also some times get time to write some small stories, hike in the mountains though trails and waterfalls near to our house with our guests that is a free plus that I offer in weekends!!
