In 2008, the building was completely restored and converted into a lake-front resort, complete with private pool, in the town of Maccagno, just a few kilometres away from both Luino and the Swiss border. Every apartment is uniquely and elegantly designed by its owners or by interior designers from Italy and all over the world. Each boasts a private balcony or terrace with stunning views of Lake Maggiore or the surrounding valleys. The apartments are complete with air conditioning/underfloor heating, satellite TV, wireless internet, lift and private, underground parking. The apartments are reached through a private entrance, and have direct access to the panoramic sun-deck, where you will find the beautiful swimming pool measuring 20m x 10m. There is also a heated children’s pool and jacuzzi (open from 15th April to 15th October, weather depending). Our guests also have full access to our bar with lake terrace, an elegant restaurant and lake services.
Elegant apartment furnished by Simone Micheli, the famous Florentine designer, using traditional materials in order to create a stylish and modern atmosphere. First floor apartment, accessable by lift. The front door opens directly into the bright living room, furnished with satellite TV, a dining table for five people and a large glass door, opening onto a covered terrace complete with garden furniture. In the living room there is also potential space for an extra bed. The kitchen area is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and kettle. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and spacious wardrobe. The second is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom, contemporary and functional, houses a shower. We also offer our guests the use of private, underground parking, a laundry room with dryer and the use of wi-fi throughout the complex. This apartment is air conditioned.
