Newly remodeled bathroom, kitchen amenities, queen-size bed, and dedicated desk/workspace area. Perfect for a business traveler or couple seeing the town. High-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Spotify. We follow AirBnB's COVID-19 cleaning guidelines.

Sparrow Suite on Grand


This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.

Standish Suite

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.
