Two Trees Lake Huron Cottage, dog friendly

Two Trees is a light-filled home on Lake Huron that is a perfect spot for couples, small families, and solo travelers. Situated on a wooded lot, Two Trees sleeps four, and has a freshly updated kitchen and bathroom. The path to our private, sandy beach winds through the woods and down 38 stone steps - which are challenging for some. The house is a short drive to Lumberman's Memorial, Sturgeon Point Lighthouse, and Dinosaur Gardens. It is near US 23; there will be road noise.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Large 13 X 40 room with Queen bed, sofa bed, twin fold up bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dining area. 2.5 miles from the north end park with boat/kayak launch and kids play area. North end also has gas station, stores and taverns. Room to park your boat for a fishing getaway. Bring your outdoor chairs to sit by the fire pit. A charcoal grill is available for your use. Bedding and towels are provided.
