Lovingly restored 18th century farmhouse perched above Les Houches with magnificent mountain views. A winter paradise just 5 minutes walk down to the village, offering easy access to Les Houches and Chamonix ski areas, plus supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Priestor
A mix of contemporary and traditional, we have kept the ethos of the old farmhouse with its exposed beams and stone work, while renovating the chalet to be modern, cosy and spacious. The upstairs is open plan with a double sided fireplace - on one side is the TV room and the other a lounge with a fully stocked bar.

A small room off to the side provides a decent sized desk space for working, as well as a sofa bed (160cm double), meaning we can accommodate an additional two guests - or ideal as a teenager's room. There is another TV with PS4 in this room.

The dining table seats 10 comfortably, opposite a large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. We can provide a high chair if required.

Downstairs are 2 master ensuite bedrooms, (180cm and 160cm beds) and two large bedrooms (double and a twin), sharing a bathroom. There’s also a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink and drying racks.

We have a large garden with a stone terrace and dining table, sunken trampoline and a ping pong table, swing set and a second beautiful terrace at the rear of the chalet. From here, a little path takes you down into the stream and across to fields covered with wild flowers in the summer.

There is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway and we can make an EV charging point available on request.

Just 10 minutes from the centre of Chamonix, Les Houches is a charming village with all the amenities you need, plus the Prarion Gondola and Bellevue cable car, taking you up to skiing or the many hiking, mountain biking and trail running routes the Mont Blanc Range has to offer. Les Houches has great restaurants (many of which are run by our friends so we can give recommendations!), supermarkets, bars, a pharmacy and a petrol station
