This inviting private home features a cozy living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with seating for six, creating the perfect gathering space after a day of mountain adventures. Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub and gas grill while taking in the beautiful scenery. With three bedrooms upstairs and a separate den with an additional queen bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, this home offers plenty of room for families and groups, with a flatscreen TV in every bedroom. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, cable TV, high-speed internet, and sleds for family fun.
This private home offers a peaceful, secluded setting with parking for two vehicles and outdoor spaces to enjoy the mountain surroundings. Please note that the home is in a residential neighborhood with strictly enforced quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM; parties and loud groups are not permitted. Exterior doors must remain closed during quiet hours, and two exterior security cameras monitor the garage and front door areas only.
Located on Baldy Mountain, the cabin provides a quieter alternative to staying in downtown Breckenridge while keeping you close to the area's outdoor adventures and ski resort.
