Built in 1927, this foursquare on 2 acres is a naturalist's dream, comfortable, private, and filled with light. The property's lush native vegetation attracts wildlife, and while most RGV bird specials are visible from the porch, shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. With a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 4 guest bedrooms with 5 beds, a futon, couch, air mattress, and crib, the house can sleep up to 10 adults plus a small child on request.

The house is at the end of a long driveway and not visible from the road. There are no overlooking neighbors and the only noise in the morning will be from the waking birds.
