We call it "El Deptito". Don't expect a big mansion. It's just a 23x10 ft (7x3 m) studio. But...

Very well-located:
- 6 1/2 blocks away from the most important corner in Cordoba city (Patio Olmos mall).
- 6 1/2 blocks from the Nuevocentro Shopping.

Truly Comfortable:
- 2 twin beds that can be turned to 1 queen size by putting one next to the other.
- A very comfortable executive armchair that you'll enjoy while either working, or just relaxing.

Fully Equipped:
- Internet Wi-fi.
- Internet LED TV Samsung 40" with internet, Netflix & HDMI cable for you to connect it to your computer.
- DVD player (+ some movies).
- 2.1 speakers (+ RCA-plug cable for you to connect to your music devices).
- Air conditioner.
- Electric stove.
- Kitchenette with minibar, 2 electric stoves, electric kettle, sandwich-toaster, basic kitchen equipment & dinnerware for 4.

What I love the most about this area, is its convenience.
It's plenty of stores around, which supply all what's needed for a stay, whether it's short or long.
The core of Cordoba's nightlife takes place not right there, but a few blocks away. Far enough for not being disturbed if you need to work or study, or when you just want to relax and/or sleep, but close enough to get there in a few minutes if you want to "join the party".
In here, you'd stay within walking distance to the city's most attractive areas: Centro, Güemes, Nueva Córdoba, and Alberdi.
