This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment in a vibrant neighborhood of Seattle, walking distance to everything Capitol Hill has to offer! City living does come with street noise, but our double pained windows go a long way to drown that out. We also have provided an AC unit which in the cooler months can be used as a fan for white noise.

To give everyone a taste of the Lawrence lifestyle, we have converted one apartment into a guest suite and book it out for Airbnb whenever possible. Staying here, you will be within walking distance to the Pike/Pine triangle where you can experience Seattle in it's true form. Bars, Restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, and music.
