The main areas: living, dining, kitchen, and backyard are all accessible from the first floor. There is a spiral staircase at the center of the home that leads to the second floor bedrooms and baths. Each bedroom has either a queen and full size bed or a full size bed and a fold out couch (extra sleeping), roku tv, closet, vanity, and window (s).

The full bathroom is on the second level and will be used by guests.
