This Condo is located in the World Golf Village of St Augustine.

Wonderfully positioned in beautiful King and Bear gated golf community with a variety of walking paths and trails. The neighborhood is very welcoming and friendly and has a family atmosphere with a luxury resort feel. The complex has its own resort style swimming pool, which is about a 1 minute walk away from the unit. There is also a full service Spa and hair salon located next door in the lobby of building 955!

About one half mile down the road is the amenity center that houses and Olympic swimming pool and a zero entry beach style lap pool. The amenity center is also equipped with two tennis courts, a state of the art training gym, Full Spa, and patio area.

The surrounding area is dotted with various restaurants right outside the gate at the Murabella Plaza (2 Creeks, Gators Dockside, Tank’s Sushi Bistro, Simone’s and Cinco de Mayo.

St. Mary’s Seafood and Caddyshack are located about 8 minutes away near the World Golf Hall of Fame

Al Dente (outstanding Italian) and Ember and Iron (Steakhouse) are located about 15 minutes away in nearby St John’s.

Our Favorite Restaurants in Downtown St Augustine are Catch 27, The Floridian, Harry’s Seafood, Caps on the Water, Casa Reina and River and Fort!

Within the World Golf Village, the beautiful King and Bear clubhouse (Aj’s Kitchen) serves breakfast and lunch, and dinner on Fridays.

Also nearby is the famous Murray Bros Caddyshack restaurant and the World Golf Hall of Fame.

The Unit is 15 minutes from the St Augustine premium shopping outlets, 30 minutes from Historic downtown St Augustine and it’s wonderful restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The unit is also located 25 minutes from the famous St. Augustine and Jacksonville beaches.

HISTORIC LANDMARKS: Downtown St. Augustine (14.9 miles), Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (15.3 miles), Fountain of Youth (14.4 miles), and St. Augustine Lighthouse (17.5 miles). Be sure to stop by Castillo de San Marco, the oldest masonry fort in the continental U.S. and historical focal point of St. Augustine! The inspiring Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, and Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine are also wonderful historic attractions.
