PRE-WEDDING PREPARATIONS: Our spacious, open-concept home has been the prep area for many brides and bridesmaids. Please note: because of the multiple people, photographer etc. who will be entering the house on prep-day, we charge an additional fee of $350.
PARKING: Parking is on the street and generally there is a space right in front of the house, but keep in mind, this is a lively area with restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
RVs - Because this is a residential area, you will not be allowed to park on the street. HOWEVER, we have a friend, 10 minutes away, who allows our guests to park their RVs on his property. The fee is $20 per night. Quite a few guests, who are traveling cross-country have parked their RV on his property. Let us know and we will contact him on your behalf.

*There are so many exciting things to do in NOLA beyond Bourbon St., for example, did you know that the city of New Orleans played a significant role in WWII? The National WWII Museum is THE ONLY WWII Museum outside of Washington, D.C., so be sure to check it out. It is amazing!

Home Sanitization:
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.
Please know that we pay our cleaning team a living wage. You are helping support local jobs and we appreciate it!
The Space:
- 20' open/island Chef's kitchen with double ovens, 5 burner gas stove, and ample marble counter space and an abundance of cabinets; equipped with extensive cookware.
- 12' ceilings, re-finished heart of pine hardwood floors, 120-year old restored crown moldings, original 19th century doors and floor to ceiling windows.
- High speed internet, central air conditioning/heat, and more amenities available.
Accessibility:
The entire home is on a single level, except for the master bedroom.
- All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
The Neighborhood:
The Bywater neighborhood is known for its food as well as Southern hospitality. Crescent Park is close by, which runs parallel to the Mississippi, and offers a great place to walk or run in the morning, with its close proximity to the French Quarter.
THE COUNTRY CLUB, located at: 634 Louisa St is a couple of blocks by foot where you will find a restaurant and an outdoor SWIMMING POOL, so bring your swimsuit! (There is a fee to use the pool).

Upon request, all guests, after booking, will receive a personalized list of recommendations including local favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
New Orleans is a compact city, which makes getting around a breeze in an Uber or Lyft. The French Quarter is an 8-10 minute drive away, which will never run you more than $10 - $15 (which is even more affordable when you split it with your group!).
Biking is a convenient option as there are plenty of rental shops nearby. This is a walkable neighborhood -- take a stroll along gorgeous Crescent Park on your way to the French Quarter.
Guest Access:
The entire home is for your exclusive use. You will have complete privacy here, (please note, there is a Ring camera on the front door facing the street}, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
