Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Plenty of free parking.(4 parking spots on site). The home has lovely amenities to make you feel right at home. There is a washer/drier and a full stocked kitchen! Home is a short drive to the interstate system, making everything a short drive away!

The space has a large Livingroom with a couch and a small pullout sleeper couch. It also has a 50 inch TV. Adjacent to the Livingroom is the dining room with 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, 16 premium spices, baking sheets, and more. Stainless appliances and granite countertops with a built in chopping block.

The largest bedroom has a kings sized bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, and designer Ralph Lauren bedding. Has two night stands, full sized dresser with mirror, and a closet.

The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed that sleeps 5. Queen bed on bottom, Full XL in the middle, and a twin XL on top.

The third bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, a closet, and two nightstands.

The entire living area is on the same floor, including the laundry machines.

This Airbnb is in the heart of the Florence business district and is a short walk (or very short drive) from many things Florence has to offer. It is conveniently located just 2 minutes of the interstate system, making travel anywhere quite fast, and come home to plenty of private parking.

Hi! We are Jude and Shannon! We live in the city of Fort Thomas, which was awarded #1 Safest and Best City in Kentucky to live in. We are recently engaged and love being Airbnb hosts! We are entrepreneurs in real estate and blogging/interior design. Shannon is also a graduate student for counseling, so we love incorporating wellness into our lives. We hope you enjoy the view, our cozy home, and Tower Park around the corner! It is has many hiking trails that we love! It is within walking distance passing all sorts of restaurants, cafes, an ice cream parlor, and more! Our location honestly cannot be beat. We live in a central location about 15 minutes away in one direction to downtown Cincinnati, 15 mins from the Rookwood Shopping Center, less than 15 mins to Newport on the Levy (Which has an AWESOME aquarium & night life!) and 15 minutes to Mt. Lookout (Mt. Lookout has THE best sushi spot. A hole-in-the-wall half price, GREAT quality sushi). We cannot wait to share our beloved town of Fort Thomas with you! We hope you and your family & friends enjoy your stay with us!
