Across from local favorite, Elm Grove Park, (awesome shade trees, playground & tennis courts) and blocks away from the quaint neighborhood business district Hyde Park. This townhome feels very spacious with an open floor plan with 2 story vaulted ceiling in the living room, bedroom with queen bed and bath on the main level, and two large bedrooms (king bed in loft and queen bed and bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom), bathroom and laundry room on the second level. Kitchen is fully equipped for making meals at home or use the gas grill on the porch to BBQ. Perfect family retreat!

Hello,
We are Daniel Felkins and Kim Metez. We have two sons Jual and Lausten. We live in and love Boise, Idaho. Daniel and I met while volunteering for the local community radio station, Radio Boise, in 2011 and soon married and started a family. In 2012-13, I hosted (and Daniel produced) a public affairs show called Chew on This, covering the local food movement, food politics and alternative health modalities. You won't be surprised to find our airbnb radio tuned to 93.5 FM :) Daniel currently sits on the board at Radio Boise and hosts an early, Monday morning music show, The Daybreak Syndicate. I have worked as a full-time real estate agent in the Boise and Eagle markets for over 15 years.
After our first son, Jual, was born I hung up my radio headphones but we stayed active in the local food community by happily eating our way through it. We are proud to have formed long time relationships with our local farmers and restauranteurs thanks to this volunteering venture and are passionate about continuing to support them.
When our second son, Lausten, was born Daniel resigned from his job at Hewlett Packard after a 20 year run in order to follow his dream of owning his own business. Many people had inquired about how we got started hosting on Airbnb and Daniel began consulting others how to do the same. It was a natural
and fast progression from these consulting jobs to a full fledged property management business. Habitué Homes was born and Daniel now manages over 100 short and long term rentals for clients. Habitué offers in house cleaning and maintenance as well.
