When you’re able to be both physically and mentally transported to paradise, you’ll truly understand why this 2,500 square foot inland home is called “Latitude Adjustment.” It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, a sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
As soon as you step through the front door, you’re greeted to the breath-taking view of the spacious lanai that awaits you. Out there, splash around in the heated pool or bask in the sun on the loungers both in and out of the pool. Getting hungry? Well, with the outdoor gas grill and kitchen, a poolside barbeque for the entire family is the perfect meal. As the sun sets, the lanai provides you with the perfect place to relax as it faces west towards the brilliant orange sky.
Once you make your way back inside, you’ll realize why the interior theme is known as tropical modernity, as it’s decorated by both the paradise that surrounds it and contemporary styles. Boat deck-inspired tile floors, pure white walls, cozy furnishings, and seaside décor are brightened by the natural light coming through the many windows. Sit back on the couches and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television in the living room. To top it all off, the living area opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the interior and exterior at the same time.
The spacious contemporary kitchen, with barstools around the granite island countertop, comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve and enjoy a family dinner on the glass dining room table or a tropical treat on the lanai.
As you prepare to drift away, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space and all the colors and comforts of paradise. The master bedroom, in particular, features access to the lanai and an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and Roman bathtub.
The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also comes with everything for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and beach cart for your short walk to the warm sands, turquoise waters, and endless watersports of the Paradise Coast.
Another short walk takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden. You can also walk to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, specialty shops, fine dining, and much more.
So, come experience this “Latitude Adjustment,” where you’ll be able to enjoy all the pleasures of tropical living.
Please be advised that some properties may have exterior surveillance cameras for safety and security purposes. These cameras might operate during your stay.
