Parking: One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Sea Colony Details-
Located just south of Bethany Beach, Delaware, Sea Colony is “The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community.”
Lush landscaping, hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas and around the clock security make Sea Colony an oasis of peace and tranquility; just minutes to championship golf, tax-free eclectic shopping, water sports, family amusements, natural treasures and so much more.
There are 12 pools on Sea Colony property available for swimming and relaxing. The two indoor pools are located at the Freeman Fitness Center and Edgewater House. Guests 18 years and older also can enjoy the hot tubs and saunas at these locations when they are available. All ocean pools and west side pools are heated. There are Kiddie pools located at Ocean Pool (OP) 3, OP4, OP5, Tennis Pool (T)1, T2, and T4. Aquatic Center T4 also has a 25-meter lap lane. Please note that swim diapers are not allowed in the main pool at T4.
Community Shuttle Available-
All guests ages 4 and over need an activity badge for using any of the amenities at Sea Colony including the pools, the beach, the Freeman Fitness Center, the Tennis Center and the trams.

Badges cannot be purchased without owner authorization. You will provide your AirBNB reservation to obtain passes.
Badges and parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the off season.
Parking pass work for all of Sea Colony and we have parking directly in front of the unit.
