Hello! My flat is very Mediterranean, very bright and cosy in the centre of Valencia, in the Arrancapins neighbourhood. It is my home! Street with little traffic and many trees.

4th floor with lift, exterior, direct and natural light (there are also awnings), cross ventilation throughout the house and high ceilings with mouldings.

You can walk to Ruzafa, El Carmen or the river, for example. It is a 2 min. walk from the AVE train station and there are 3 Metro stops within a 3 min. walk each.

Priestor
There is a kitchen with a window, a bathroom with a window and natural light, and a small toilet. The living room is spacious, bright and exterior: it is chamfered, so the neighbours in front are far away. There are two bedrooms, a very quiet interior bedroom and a very bright exterior bedroom.

When you look out of the windows of the flat you can see trees and the Finca Roja, an emblematic building in the city of Valencia.

Prístup pre hostí
The neighbourhood has ALL the necessary services:

- supermarkets 1 minute from the house (Mercadona and Consum);

and small shops such as:

- greengrocers,
- bazaars,
- butchers,
- florist,
- hardware stores,
- bars,
- restaurants,
- HORCHATERÍA ARTESANAL,
- and children's playground.

All these shops/spaces are in the same street and in parallel streets, none of them more than 4 minutes walk away.

The pavements are large, the road is single lane and there are many trees.

The flat is between Plaza de España and Joaquín Sorolla AVE train station. Between the METRO stops of Plaza de España, Bailén and Jesús/Joaquín Sorolla, although I walk everywhere!
