All Facilities operation with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) during National Recovery Plan (Phase 4) strictly & fully applied as below: -
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) FOR THE USE OF THE ALL FACILITIES IN A RESIDENTIAL STRATA SCHEME DURING NATIONAL RECOVERY PLAN (PHASE 4)
PROHIBITION
1. During the National Recovery Plan (Phase 4), the following persons shall be prohibited from using The Facilities at SilverScape Residences: -
(a) Person without 2 doses vaccination or have yet completed the 14 days interval period.
(b) Person tested positive for Covid-19;
(c) Person under investigation (PUI) for Covid-19;
(d) Person undergoing quarantine or self-isolation;
(e) Person having fever, cough, flu-like symptoms or respiratory problems;
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)
1. Check-in with "MySejahtera" & temperature checking is compulsory before entering the facility. Body temperature above 37.5 ° c is strictly not allowed to enter the facility. Kindly reminded that if the Mysejahtera profile of the owner indicates medium/high risk, the user will not be allowed to use the facility.
2. The capacity of residences/visitor entering the facilities must follow the equipment capacity or the space of facilities area. However, if the personnel of the management or any its associates find a residents /visitors who is not adhering to the SOP Stated, the management reserves the rights to take action against the offender and/or the owner.
3. Wear a mask prior to entering and leaving the facility.
4. Strictly no sharing of drinking water, clothes and towel. For hygiene purpose, please bring your own towel to wipe off sweat from the equipment after each activities using the facilities.
5. Always remain 1-meter social distancing, maintain hygiene & sanitize hands frequently.
6. Leave the facility immediately once your time slot is up.
7. Children under 16 years old and senior citizens above 60 years old are discouraged to enter the facilities in enclosed spaces for health safety reasons.
8. A person who is feeling unwell / has been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 symptoms / has come from a high-risk location is discouraged to enter the facility.
* The maximum number of persons allowed to utilize the facilities provided there are sufficient amenities for the management to allow based on the size of Silverscape Residences Facilities area and for safety precautions and security.
SWIMMING POOL (SOP):
-Users will be allowed to book a time slot not more than 60 minutes a slot per day.
-Checkin with ‘ Mysejahtera’ and temperature.
-Applications shall be accompanied with the details of the resident ( name , NRIC/Passport, No.phone , address) for record and contact tracing purpose.
- 10 person only at 1 slot to ensure social distancing.
-Those who have received complete vaccination are allowed to bring children aged 17 years and below.
