It has air conditioning splits in every room, optic fibre high speed wifi connection, smart tv, wifi controlled brand new energy efficient heaters. Chimney, smart tv, wine fridge, capsule's coffee. Bathrooms are full equipped with towel warmers, air heaters, bath tub and shower combo. We prepared a new working space specially for telecommuting or working form home, in this times is our best bet to be smart and reduce the stress of having restrictions, work from home 5 minutes from the beach surrounded by trees and nature. We have a private family size pool and a beautiful 360 degre garden surrounding the villa of 1000m2 withg pine olive and palm trees. There are 6 hotel style loungers and a breakfast table for six right by the olive tree by the pool. A private solarium terraze on the top floor and a terraze with a view of the light house cape and the beach area "el arenal"
