Located in the small town of Cambridge Ohio. Minutes away from the new Byesville natural gas construction site. This space and the building are designed for those coming into town for work assignments. Everything is included, electric, water, gas, wifi, and they are fully furnished with dishes, linens, tv and kitchen appliances. Washer and Dryer are also in each apt.
Long terms stays are only charged monthly. Ask me for more details.

This building is located right in the middle of downtown cambridge ohio. You can walk to small markets, wheeling ave where restarants and shops are located. The clients that are my typical guests are travel nurses and those that some into town for 3-18 month work assignments.
There is a major housing shortage in the area so these are a perfect alternative to renting and having to furnish a place especially if you have a home elsewhere.

I have apartments and homes that range in price. These apartments are smaller and are the lower price of my inventory.

Each of the 4 apartments only can have 2 persons so there is never more than 8 occupants in the building. Its very typical that only 1 person is in each apartment so it remains quiet.

I used cameras and noise detection devices to ensure that the building remains quiet and peaceful and is not disruption to any other guests and because of this I dont have problems.

I make sure that guests are educated about what is expected and what this product is to make sure its a good match in advance.

The buidling has had the pluming systems updated so all the water lines, faucets are new with excellent pressure. There is also mulitple water heaters networked so hot water is never a problem.

Parking is on the street however N 6th Street is extra wide and parking is permitted on both sided of the street and with the buildings location there is always parking right in front of the building and its very well lighted at night.

I get many different questions regarding the neighborhood. Its a hard question to answer because of each persons individual perceptions based upon their life experiences.

In my 6 years of doing airbnb in Cambridge i have had no incidents of any guests vehicles or apartments being broken into or anybody bothered in any way.

What i tell guests is this. If you are from a large metropolitan city you would argue there is zero crime in Cambridge. However if you are from a remote rural farm you may say there is crime in Cambridge.

Serious crime is very low because its a small town. However small petty crimes are more common in general but not more or less than any other area in the world that we live in today. The police know most everyone that lives there and are very aware of those who have any history. As a result, its not hard for the police to solve a crime.

The local newspaper the Daily Jeff publishes every call to the police dept. If you were to study every single day what are the calls about you may laugh because they are all silly, minor, petty types of calls such as someones dog went to the bathroom on a neighbors lawn. Or a couple having a domestic argument.

Violent crime is not common which seems to be what most people are concerned about. Its unlikely being attacked would occur, or someone breaking into your home while you are there. That is unheard of.

In my many years of having property there, car break ins are rare, home break ins are rare unless its a vacant abandoned property.

I was a Real Estate Broker in Fort Lauderdale Florida and have owned an assortment of vacation rentals across the united states.
I really enjoy staying at anyplace other than a boring hotel but rather bed n breakfasts, or vacation rentals wherever I have traveled in the world. The experience is priceless when you get to see it through the eyes of a local resident.
Staying in hotels is very touristy in my opinion. Staying in a local home is experience! The AirBNB site is wonderful connection place to match people with places. I have made many friends across the world as a result.

I love entertaining and hosting guests which gives me pleasure to be able to share what I have built with other people.

I will say this that many people are nervous their first time, but after the first time then they are addicted to vacation rentals! They are cheaper, more private, and most provide cooking facilities that you can save a lot of money on eating out. Plus you can take away different ideas and learn different ways people live. One example is in Europe that there are no clothes dryers in most apartments. I never really put clothes on a clothesline until coming to Europe. Its very different and very interesting. These are the types of experiences you get with a vacation type rental.

I utilize technology to communicate and manage the listings. Each guest choosing their own door code and then after the apartment is cleaned i send photos of the after cleaning and then delete all prior codes (even for the housekeeping staff) and program the code you have provided. I dont use keys for security reasons so everything is secure.

I also have created a short 12 min video that i send that basically would be as if i meet you at the listing and gave you an instructional tour and explained everything. I send this shortly after you book and i do ask that you watch it.

The video is via you tube so it is easily accessible. In the video i explain any quirks of the listing and how everything works or trouble shooting if you were to have trouble.

Guests have provided me so much positive feedback on just how helpful this is. This way the check in process and understand of the apartments workings.

Also, if you book and then watch the video and discover that this is not a good match for you then we can correct it immediately.
