Kitchenette has induction burner plate and microwave. There is a shared upper deck for people watching on the street as well as a lower shared patio behind the house w gas grill. Can have small work desk if needed. Access to washer/dryer. Parking for 1 car.

Best location in town. 100 ft to Commercial Street but a relatively quiet road. Be in the bustle when you want to be or retreat to solitude when you are done.

Married professional, responsible, with references. Always leave rented places tidy. Been in Boston 20 years, now at our place in Ptown a lot of the time, with my other half for 14 yrs, married for 9, we love to travel sans COVID, used to visit family a lot in the NYC area. Less so now but spending that time in our happy place.
