On site we offer 13 acres with hiking trails, fishing swimming, boats and paddle boat, antique barn, mountain bikes and kayaking Little Beaver Creek. Oh River access is very close so bring your own boat. Parking on site. We have a fire pit, hammock, swing and cornhole. Conveniently located to 3 state park and Thompson Park that has tennis, basketball and disc golf. Many other activities close by. Liability Waiver is required.
