Features comfy queen size bed, a work space, a chill space, & an eating space. Located by the river, trails, breweries, & 1 block to Old Town. Comes w/super fast & reliable 1 gig speed fiber internet. Pets OK.

This studio is located in Confluence, Fort Collins newest loft living in the River District. The project is design driven and curated by the architect for beauty and quality. Our loft has concrete floors in the living spaces and tile in the bathroom + laundry. The kitchen is finished with quartz countertops, SS appliances, an induction range + glass hood vent, & eat-up bar. The studio is an end-unit, located on the 2nd level and can be accessed without needing stairs. This rental comes with 1 designated parking space.

Guests have access to the studio and do not share that space with anyone. There are some common amenities at Confluence that can be shared with other residents. Having been a local Realtor for 11 years, I'm also happy to connect and assist in ensuring you have a great stay in Fort Collins. Otherwise, you won't be bothered by me at all.

The River District is one of the best locations in urban Fort Collins. With Old Town a mere block away, you have all of the best amenities in our town at your fingertips. If you like beer, New Belgium is also a block away, and O'Dells is blocks away...basically there is more beer in 1/4 mile radius than just about anywhere else in the world. Do you like to kayak? The brand new, world class kayak park is only 100's of yards upriver from here. If you like to go for walks, runs, or bike rides, the access to the Poudre River trail is a stones' throw from here (you can see it out the window). This trail will connect you to over 75 miles of designated walking and biking trails that wind throughout this platinum level bicycling community. There is also a bicycle workstation in the basement as a common amenity for your use. Between the comfortable and clean interior of the space, the access to Old Town, and the opportunity to play outside, you are sure to love your stay here!
