The Gardeners Cottage is a beautifully renovated fully air conditioned 1880's workers' cottage set in the gardens of Vacy Hall. There are two bedrooms with sleeping for 5 people, one bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and an attic bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The cottage has both a front and rear verandah, fully equipped kitchen, lounge room and a dining room. It is perfect for small families, groups of friends traveling together or as a private bridal retreat for wedding preparation.

Vacy Hall is located in a quiet historic neighbourhood first settled in the 1860's on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD. We are set in over an acre of heritage-listed gardens with massive old trees and many botanical treasures. Yet despite this tranquil setting we are a very short walk into the city and have over 125 cafes, bars and restaurants in closeby.

Heritage-listed Vacy Hall is set in over an acre of beautiful gardens. Located in the centre of Toowoomba. Within 1 kilometre of Vacy Hall there are 125 restaurants, cafes, bars and cinemas.

This is a rare chance to experience life in a grand historic Australian home.

Reception is open from 8.30 am till 6 pm Monday - Saturday and till 1 pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. Check out is required by 10 am unless a late checkout has been arranged. Check in is available from 2 pm -6 pm. Early arrivals from noon can be accommodated but only with prior arrangement. Late arrivals after 6 pm are accommodated with a late arrival kit being left in a security box and the access code is sent via text to the mobile phone number provided. Someone is available in the event of an emergency … phones are monitored 24 hours a day. We do have staff on site during reception hours who can provide concierge services like restaurant recommendations, bars, theatres, cinemas, museums, galleries, local drives and tourist attractions.
