My flat has the best location in London: it's 1 minute walking from Leicester Square station and it's between 6 fantastic must see areas of central London: Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's.

The flat itself has been re-done recently, so all the walls have been painted and a new carpet placed.
In case I am travelling, I might Airbnb my own room so you'd have an opportunity to interact with another guest.
