Sandpiper is a three bedroom air conditioned cottage rented with linens and daily maid service. This cottage has three separate bedrooms- one queen bed with TV, one double bed, and two twin beds with TV. The open living area features a flat screen TV with a DVD player and a comfortable eating area. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. Outside, there is a private deck with a picnic table and a gas grill.

We are located adjacent to the 44 mile paved Rail Trail bike path and Cape Cod National Seashore property, where there is a one mile hiking path to Marconi Beach.
We are located at the narrowest part of Cape Cod (only 1 1/2 miles wide here) so you will be close to both ocean, bay, and freshwater pond beaches.
