The All Seasons Resort is conveniently located in the seaside town of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Close to many of Cape Cod's most popular visitor attractions including beaches, fine/casual dining, golf courses, and shopping centers. Day trips to the Islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard via ferry are just minutes away. Our 110 deluxe accommodations have been recently renovated with a touch of Cape Cod charm, while keeping the needs of today's traveler in mind.

**DUE TO COVID-19, some services are temporarily closed: Breakfast service, sauna, hot tub, fitness center & stay-over housekeeping service. Our hot buffet breakfast has been replaced with a To-Go bagged breakfast.

Guest have access to our seasonal outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and outdoor grill area. There is no lifeguard on duty in our pool area. An adult must accompany all children in the pool area and fitness center. You must be at least 16 years old to use the whirlpool and fitness center.

Complimentary continental breakfast is offered daily in the Breakfast room from 7am-10am. Breakfast includes coffee, juice, yogurt, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, eggs, sausage, and waffle maker.

Wifi- is also complimentary.
