The property is a 1BR apartment in a renovated ancestral home. It has kitchenette and is equipped with amenities to make your stay homey and comfortable. Location is a few steps from the beach. A few minutes walk, you will find the Dinanggasan Bridge; ideal for early morning walks/jogging, stargazing at nights, and just watching the view of the sea and the mountains. There is also a view deck that is currently under construction.

We have a 1BR apartment with all the amenities and necessities for a comfortable staycation. This used to be an ancestral home that was converted into private apartments. There is a private bathroom with hot and cold shower and equipped with basic necessities such as microwave, kitchen utensils, rice cooker and water kettle. The room has a double bed which can comfortably accommodate 2 persons and a four-seater dining table. We also have a queen size sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. The apartment has its own private entrance and street parking. The beach is a few steps away from the property.

The nearest tourist attractions are Sto. Nino Cold Spring (10km)away, Soda Swimming Pool and Tuasan Falls (15km). All the rest of the island tourist attractions are accessible at 30-45minutes drive by car.
