Our tri-level home, is not suitable for children. We ask that all guest be over the age of 21, with a maximum of 4 people. NO exceptions. The main floor has a dining room and kitchen, six steps up to 3 bedrooms but only 2 are available and a full bath. Than six steps down to a beautiful family room featuring a soft leather sofa and two electric recliners, laundry, and bathroom. It has a gas grill, gas fire pit, and enclosed screened sitting area with a heater for those cool fall evenings.

A short walk to stop 7, Washington park and Zoo. A short drive to the casino and outlet mall. Tons of great restaurants in the area.

On top of all our wonderful setting areas, We’ve started a butterfly garden this year.

Gardens and Pool are shared with one rental with no more then 4 adult guest 21 or older.
I visit gardens for watering and vacuuming of Pool. Pool Maintenance Company visits twice a week and we have a service cutting grass once a week.
