This beautiful, cozy and quiet loft opens onto a large living space with high ceilings where there is a double bed and a large sofa, TV and air conditioning. From the stairs leads to a second floor with a double bed and private copu jacuzi bathroom. Complimentano the apartment a second bathroom with shower, a beautiful and spacious kitchen and a balcony.

It is a first floor apartment with no lift (like most of the buildings in the historic center) on a street with a lively nightlife. The apartment is still quiet because it overlooks the courtyard and is still equipped with shutters and double glazed windows.
The furniture is of great care with details ranging from early twentieth century until vintage.

A perfect area for those who want to discover the city and for those who come to Bologna for work and study. A 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 Torri, close to excellent restaurants and taverns, the station and a large parking lot. We are in the center of the university world of Bologna, made up of Faculties, libraries and study rooms but also of clubs, pubs, and kebabs of all kinds. Perhaps the presence of services and supermarkets is a little scarce here; but you just need to move to the well-stocked via Irnerio to find everything you need.
