One bedroom fully self contained unit . The unit is in a quiet area, strictly no parties or excessive noise. There is a new bathroom and has a remote control garage, checkin instructions are on this page, but if you would rather meet me at the property I’m happy to do that, just let me know. There is a private entrance to the unit.

Strictly no parties as there are elderly neighbours. Easy checkin, instructions on this page, or contact me if you would rather meet me at the property. It is a short drive to most places of interest, including the 1000 steps, bike track, Knox Ozone and Knox City Shopping Centre, Boronia Arboretum and the Dandenongs.

This fully selfcontained unit at “1/76B” is accessible at the rear of the property, checkin instructions are on this page or let me know if you would rather meet me at the property. Just walk up the driveway and a couple of metres past the garage there’s a door on your left. There is a full Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, living area, small laundry area with washing machine a courtyard and lock up garage.
