My first employment in the city was as a hotel receptionist, which enkindled my spark of interest of the term ‘Service’ from Hospitality Industry and I was followed the studies committedly. During the last 22 years, I had been assigned to various job responsibilities regarding the Hotel Front Office such as Receptionist, Supervisor, F/O Manager, Room Service Manager, Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager. From my communication with many guests of various nationalities, I had been learning about their traditional cultures and the tour business first-hand. My experienced the inconveniences of the guests who paid a huge sum of money to major tour companies but nevertheless failed to receive services worthy of the amount paid. I was willing to provide the services tourists required and since then I had been challenging myself to build a travel and tour company that could fulfill the needs of the tourists and satisfy them. I was finished DTSM ( Diploma in Tourism Studies and Management ) Diploma from Mandalay University in 2012, and backed up by the 23 years long experience in the Travel and Tour Industry, I will be your ideal choice.
