This home is unique because most interior walls are solid wood with original French doors inside that gives it a special touch of class. Only 2 low steps at front entry to porch; no inside stairs or steps.

Enjoy the granite kitchen countertop, range, microwave oven, new pull faucet, all new floors, and painted walls throughout. Enjoy the new refrigerator and completely remodeled private master bedroom and updated bathroom. The separate dining room seats five - six guests. Enjoy the master bedroom King bed, 2nd bedroom Queen Bed and Queen pull out sofa bed in the family room.

This is a good and established neighborhood with owners that have made Andalusia their home. Looking for a safe, quite, neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and space to roam, lots of parking space, and a comfortable and accommodating stay, then this is the house for you.
This is the neighborhood my husband grew up in with family members who live within walking distance.
