Lovely self contained, own entrance modern eco-apartment in the south of Oxford City (OX4 4GG) available for short lets or weeknights only on occasions owner is away working. There's fast broadband and good transport connections to the centre of the marvellously historical and atmospheric city of Oxford. The flat is light, warm and fully equipped for your comfort. It's a single standing 'coach house' flat with its own front door which means it's not in a block with other flats.

This is my personal residence that I rent out when I am away at work. The flat is fully equipped. The bedroom is spacious, however most storage space is in use, but hangers and one drawer provided. Please note that because this is my main residence, the flat will have signs of being lived in (especially the bedroom), but I keep it very clean and tidy. I always keep the area around the bed and the seating in the large bedroom clear for guests, though the other end of the bedroom has my spare things neatly packed up. Because this apartment has its own front door at ground level. it is suitable for a well behaved dog.
