The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo.
I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village.
You can easily find free parking in Viale Sant’Antonio (about 50 meters from the rear entrance of the building).

The apartment consists of a small, perfectly equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (120x200), a bedroom with a double bed (hurdal ikea 153x209 bed frame with 140x200 mattress), bathroom with tub and washing machine.
Each room has a window from which you can admire an enchanting landscape: the Alessi bell tower, the ancient medieval walls, the University of Foreigners.
Quality sheets and towels are available, washed and sterilized!

You are in Borgo Sant'Antonio: you can live a unique experience because you are in the historical centre of Perugia but you feel like you're in the country.
you are vey close to excellent restaurants, bars and groucery.

Hello! I'm Claudia. I am a medical doctor.
I was lucky enough to live in this special home during my University years.
When I grew up I decided to make it available to my guests , so they could appreciate the "Spirit of Umbria" I furnished it with simple but authentic objects that belonged to my family of peasant origin and dating back to the early 1900s.
Choosing it you will have the chance to live in an ancient neighborhood called Borgo Sant'Antonio (now Corso Bersaglieri).
This house has some features that make it unique: you will have panoramic view of the city with the Alessi's bell in front of you, you will sleep peacefully like you were in a countryside because you will be inside the ancient medioeval wall of the city, you will be next to free parking in Viale Sant'Antonio, you can arrive whenever you want thanks to self check in by security box.
I love this home and i called it "Le Stelle Clarite"!!!
