Spacious and minimalist house with 1 studio (ensuite bedroom with nice living room and kitchen) + 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet = 15 min by bike from downtown Amsterdam or 10 min walking from Lelylaan train and metro station or 5 min walking from potjesweg metro station or 5 min from tramstop for tram 13.

Rules of the house:

- Take off your shoes before entering the house
- Do not smoke inside the house - you may smoke in front of the house but please make sure the doors are completely closed (smoke enters the house very easily)
- Always lock the front door!
- turn off the lights when leaving the house
- set temperature at 17 degrees when leaving the house
- As we have a great relationship with our neighbors, please keep the volume low after 22:00 as our walls are thin and we do not want them to be disturbed
- Leave the house exactly the way you found it

Prístup pre hostí
We make our house partially available for guests. Therefore, guests can use the entire third floor of the house with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom; the bathroom and one of the rooms of the second floor; and the toilet of the ground floor. Unfortunately, we do not make the main living room and kitchen of the ground floor available - please do not force the glass door of the corridor.
